Role Overview

• Professional delivery of basic and treatment care on our protected residential unit for people with dementia
• Implementation of the expert standard “Relationship-centred care in the nursing of people with dementia”
• Preparation and updating of nursing documentation
• Support in organizing residents’ daily lives and everyday activities
• Guidance and onboarding of new colleagues

Requirements

• Completed training as a registered nurse (or equivalent), ideally with additional specialist training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
• Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
• Responsible, structured and organized working style
• Openness to ongoing professional development
