About this role
Role Overview
Planning and organizing patient care within an interdisciplinary team
Symptom management in close collaboration with our physicians
Routine home visits and crisis intervention
Counseling and instruction for patients and their relatives
Collaboration with our cooperation and network partners
Participation in on-call duty (5 times per month, including one weekend per month)
Requirements
Completed training as a qualified nurse (Gesundheits
und Krankenpfleger/in) / Registered Nurse
Further training in palliative care is an advantage, or willingness to undertake it
Empathetic and respectful interaction with patients and relatives
Strong teamwork and communication skills, organizational talent, and ability to work independently
Category B driving licence
