Leadership responsibility: Take the disciplinary and professional leadership of two teams in Financial Accounting and Billing, including personnel, work and absence planning
Talent management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle — from recruiting new staff and conducting performance and appraisal meetings to targeted employee development and qualification
Process optimization & digitalization: Actively shape the further development and digitalization of billing processes and initiate measures to optimize costs and revenues as well as to increase efficiency
Monthly & annual financial statements: Be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and for reporting the corresponding data in the relevant tool
Operational support: Actively support your team in day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth flow of information through regular team meetings
Requirements
You have a commercial vocational qualification, e.g., bank clerk, office clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification — preferably with an additional qualification in finance
You bring initial leadership experience as well as experience in process optimization and digitalization
