Perform a variety of secretarial tasks, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing and language editing of informational documents
Carry out various administrative tasks related to internal management (sales tracking, dashboards, expense report follow-up, inventory and materials management, performance evaluations, etc.)
Support management in organizing and following up on calendars, calls, emails and mail
Prepare for and attend various meetings, including management committee meetings
Prepare meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
Take part in the logistical organization of events (team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel, public relations activities, etc.)
Assist in preparing the annual budget and monitoring it throughout the year (analysis and explanation of variances)
Requirements
Diploma from a vocational/technical program in a related field
Minimum of three years' relevant experience
French language proficiency required
