About this role

Support farmers and customers via our telephone hotline and by email
Assist with maintenance of the information platform for sector and project measures
Review the implementation of technical guidelines

Experience in customer care / hotline support
Service-oriented with a passion for customer interaction
Technical affinity; experience with Jira and Confluence
Preferably experience with CMS (content management systems)
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently and reliably
Willingness to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00 and on Fridays until 20:00 (rotating early and late shifts)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
