Own DevOps processes and tooling for customer-facing platforms
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, etc.
Provide production support, lead incidents, and perform root cause analysis
Mentor a junior DevOps engineer and collaborate with Cloud Platform and other stakeholders on standards and best practices

Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with strong CI/CD, automation, and cloud operations skills
Solid problem-solving abilities in production environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Terragrunt)
IaaS practitioner
Ability to work independently according to internal governance standards
Fluent in English, spoken and written, due to Pan-Baltic communications
Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Connect, Kubernetes, and observability tooling
Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, Salesforce
