Role Overview
- Act as intermediary for purchasing vehicles from private individuals
- Negotiate the best purchase terms
- Advise and reassure seller customers
- Perform an initial visual inspection of the vehicle's technical and cosmetic condition
- Prepare the vehicle for sale
- Conduct a photo shoot to create the vehicle listing
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Negotiate sales terms and finalize contracts
- Promote and sell related products and ancillary services
- Actively follow up incoming leads related to online stock
- Handle all customer enquiries and feedback
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders and sales contracts
- Manage administrative files related to financing and insurance
- Actively handle complaints and propose solutions
Requirements
- Prior sales experience, ideally in automotive sales, is a plus
- Ability to accurately identify models across multiple brands
- Basic technical knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build customer loyalty
- Proficiency in administrative procedures related to vehicle sales
