About this role
Role Overview
- Responsibility for the structure, performance and development of the telesales team
- Manage outbound telesales activities: acquisition, lead qualification and appointment setting
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions
- Establish sales standards and drive continuous improvement
- Own KPI and performance management
- Onboard new team members and support team growth
- Optimize processes and tools across the telesales workflow
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead pipelines
- Prepare reports and analyses
Requirements
- Several years of experience in telephone sales, ideally in a B2B environment
- Initial leadership experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Experience planning, executing and managing outbound campaigns
- Proven experience collaborating with Marketing and Sales
- Solid knowledge of KPI and performance management
- Experience with resource and capacity planning for an outbound team
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
- Structured, process
- and quality-oriented way of working
- Confident using telephony/dialer systems and, ideally, CRM systems
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience using AI-supported tools in a sales context
