Support RFP processes and strategic deal structuring.
Work within a financial services regulatory framework and advise on contractual implications.
Develop and refine contract templates and improve contract lifecycle processes.
Requirements
Strong financial services exposure
Experience with complex commercial agreements including outsourcing and services arrangements
Ability to lead contract negotiations alongside sales and stakeholders
Understanding of risk allocation and regulatory frameworks
Expertise in developing contract templates and negotiation playbooks
