Role Overview
- Operate vehicles in manual and autonomous mode (up to 8 hours/day)
- Collect data using proprietary software in diverse real-world situations
- Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with dispatch team
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection checks
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Interact with the public to educate on autonomous vehicles
- Conduct high-profile ridealongs for leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor safety and navigational systems while driving
Requirements
- Current valid California driver's license (3+ years)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable operating laptops, tablets, smartphones
- Problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong collaboration and time management skills
- Proven reliability and punctuality
