Be part of the Quality Assurance team and take responsibility for the functional validation of our payroll software
Work closely with product management and development
Evaluate legislative changes and derive concrete functional requirements
Create and execute functional test cases
Perform compliance and quality tests, including structured documentation
Assess risks arising from legal changes and define appropriate quality assurance measures
Support release and approval processes

Several years of experience in payroll processing
Excellent knowledge of tax and social security law as well as payroll reporting
Confident interpretation of statutory requirements
Analytical, structured working style and strong quality awareness
Enjoy professional exchange and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have: Experience testing payroll systems or working in project environments; basic technical understanding of software processes
