Further development and maintenance of our ERP system (Delphi and C#)
Development and expansion of cloud-based platform components
Gradual integration of AI-powered features into our products
Implementing business requirements into robust, maintainable and easy-to-understand software
Autonomous technical decision-making in line with product priorities
Actively shaping architecture, technologies and development standards
Ensuring quality through code reviews, testing and modern development practices

Experience in software development — through university studies, vocational training or practical work
Knowledge of Delphi or C# (or willingness to learn the other)
Curiosity about new technologies, especially in AI, cloud and automation
Interest in topics such as LLMs, RAG, intelligent assistant systems or similar approaches
Understanding of clean code, maintainability and sustainable software development
Enjoy taking responsibility and actively contributing to solutions
Team spirit, openness to feedback and a desire for continuous learning
