Client-centered rehabilitation process management tailored to competencies and needs
Development and ongoing updating of a structured rehabilitation plan
Organization, planning and development of needs-based support programs and concepts
Active and responsible support, guidance and counseling of young people in meeting vocational requirements
Close collaboration with all staff involved in vocational qualification processes and with external stakeholders

Degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Curative Education (Heilpädagogik) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience working with young adults with socio-emotional impairments is an advantage
Valid driving license (Class B) preferred
