Role Overview
- Legal advice in municipal economic law, competition law, public procurement law, and EU state aid law.
- Drafting and legally supervising financing of municipal functions in compliance with state aid rules.
- Supporting public contracting authorities in the legally compliant implementation of their commercial activities.
- Handling complex issues in public economic law and advising at the interface between the public sector and private industry.
Requirements
- Successfully completed legal training and qualification.
- Interest in legal support and strategic advising of public enterprises.
- Careful, independent and structured way of working.
- Understanding of economic and strategic interrelationships as well as project structures.
- Flexibility and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Desirable: initial relevant professional experience.
