Deliver assigned projects within the agreed scope, cost budgets, timelines, and quality requirements
Manage and report on resource demand, financial performance, and overall project progress
Proactively drive change management and risk mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle
Apply PMO execution methodology, ensuring all project documentation and administrative requirements are completed and maintained
Review proposals and contracts to confirm alignment with project scope and execution strategy
Provide leadership, direction, and support to project team members in a collaborative environment
Lead initiatives focused on improving internal project execution processes
Work closely with Emerson engineering teams to ensure resource planning, staffing, and forecasting meet project needs

Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience in systems, software, process automation, or application engineering, combined with project and technical management exposure
Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of project financials and planning principles
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to build productive partnerships with both customer stakeholders and key suppliers
PMP certification or further education in business administration, operations, or project management is preferred
Knowledge of an additional European language is preferred
