In-Depth cross-tool understanding of ServiceNow such as flow designer, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, or similar PaaS/SaaS toolsets.
Demonstrable and transferable knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, Web Services, Java Script
Passion and energy to work in an IT operations environment in an always-up, always-available service
Experience of working within rapid deployment environments utilising Agile (particularly SCRUM methodology) or DevOPS software development
Knowledge of current trends and best practices within the IT industry
Troubleshooting and problem resolution practices and processes
Enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual with meticulous attention to detail.
Good understanding of supporting tools and technologies such as LDAP, SSO and Identity Management, Automated Testing Frameworks.
Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to confidently engage with both, internal and external stakeholders
Strong foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Understanding/experience with Configuration Management, working knowledge of CMDB and configuration.
Experience with the CSM/ITOM/GRC Modules within ServiceNow
Understanding of SaaS/PaaS platforms
Logical thinking and problem solving ability
Some coding fundamentals (e.g., Java)
Experience with agile methodologies
