Role Overview

We are seeking a Consulting Professional to join our Digital Engineering and AI Consulting team, specializing in one of the domains Banking & Capital Markets, Life sciences, Retail, Financial Services or Tech / products. This role requires a strong consulting mindset—to lead transformation programs, drive digital and AI led solutioning , offer AI and operational excellence advisory while crafting compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Consulting Experience: Strong client presence, consulting experience, with exposure to digital and AI transformation.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of select industry verticals.
• Digital & AI Expertise: Understanding of landscape and new emerging capabilities to craft digital transformation solutions in partnership with architects.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize market data and create strategic insights.
• Communication: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Replit, deep research, and market research tools.
• Education: Post graduation from Tier 1/leading Colleges or equivalent preferred; certifications in AI/Digital Transformation are a plus.
