Elicit and document business requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
Analyze maintenance, asset, and financial data to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Act as the liaison between functional units, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead user acceptance testing, system configuration validation, and change management activities.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Provide user support, training, and process documentation to promote effective system adoption.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
Minimum 5 years of progressing increasing responsibility in either a systems analyst or business analyst role.
Minimum 5 years of related experience working with Enterprise Asset Systems as a system analyst or business analyst
Business Analysis Certification would be an asset (CBAP)
Previous experience in software development and data warehouse development would be an asset
Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements from stakeholders.
Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, with a focus on asset management workflows.
Competence in analyzing data related to asset management, including data modelling and data quality assurance.
Understanding of asset lifecycle management and industry-specific requirements.
Effective communication, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to identify and engage with key stakeholders, including both internal and external departments, faculties, IT professionals, and senior management.
Ability to manage organizational change associated with EAM system implementations.
