Role Overview
- Scale awareness of Bots & People within the enterprise segment
- Plan, host, and optimize owned webinars and events
- Drive pre-event outreach, on-site presence, and post-event conversions
- Own LinkedIn and Meta campaigns end-to-end
- Maintain a reliable content engine (blog, newsletter, LinkedIn)
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B growth/demand generation, ABM, or field marketing at startups/scaleups
- AI-first mindset with proficiency in AI technologies for marketing
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills for email, LinkedIn, and landing pages
- Excellent English and good German
