Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience
Strong written communication skills (chat support) and clear verbal communication for phone support
Strong logical reasoning to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (support will include Latin America in Spanish); Spanish is desirable
Basic to intermediate IT knowledge
