Responsible for the daily financial operations of private market funds
Controlling of investment activities, cash management, NAV closings and internal reporting
Handling capital calls and distributions, including income calculations for portfolios
Supporting fund-related obligations, including quarterly reporting
Monitoring the quarterly calculation of management fees and the allocation of transaction fees
Reviewing transactions in Investran
Reviewing monthly and quarterly account analyses and reconciliations
Assisting accounting with the preparation of annual financial statements
Supporting the external audit
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Participating in initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance or Accounting
CPA certification
Solid experience with private market funds or in fund controlling
Professional experience at a fund manager or in asset management at a bank or at a Big Four firm with a focus on fund audits
Analytical, detail-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
Team player with the ability to communicate across departments
Self-starter, highly organized and proactive in executing responsibilities
Ability to manage and complete multiple priorities in a timely manner
