Role Overview
- You will take ownership of our key accounts
- You will drive growth initiatives and ensure our customers get the most out of our AI platform
- You will build long-term partnerships and ensure both our customers and Plotdesk continue to grow
Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategic Account Management or Customer Success Management
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in upselling and customer growth
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (negotiation-level)
- Experience managing enterprise clients and complex stakeholder structures
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bonus: Experience with SaaS products or AI technologies
- Bonus: Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
