Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy
Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with Business Partners and Distributors to drive sales revenue
Close cooperation with NetApp and Business Partner resources to create brand awareness, deliver NetApp vision and generate demand in assigned territory
Actively engage with existing and potential customers from the commercial segment (medium-sized businesses) within a designated sales area, focusing on customer service and new customer acquisition
Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls/sales meetings, and manage the sales cycle to successfully close new business.
Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence
Provide sales support within the partner community to improve communication, collaboration, and accountability specific to pipeline generation and closing opportunities within the assigned territory
Lead the development and implementation of the strategic Go-to-Market plan for assigned territory ensuring that both internal and external resources are actively engaged & contributing
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar is preferred
The completion of a commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience in internal sales
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Must speak English and Swedish fluently (C1-C2 level)
Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in using a CRM tool
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
Self-starter and self-motivated who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment
