Help the team building a well-structured data warehouse
Transform business needs into data visualizations
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Teams and Business Stakeholders
Provide clean and ready-to-use data to the organization
Perform descriptive data analysis to identify trends and patterns
Prepare basic reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders
Participate in code reviews to learn from senior analysts and ensure adherence to best practices
Ensure data accuracy by cross-checking data for assigned tasks

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL (ability to write basic queries)
Experience with dbt (or similar data transformation tools) is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Understanding the 'Why': Eager to ask clarifying questions about data requests to ensure accurate and relevant results
Coachability & Active Listening: Open to receiving and acting on feedback from senior analysts and team members
Accountability for Tasks: Demonstrated ability to deliver assigned tasks on time and to the required quality standards
Comfortable with multi-tasking and strong attention to detail
Quick learner and proven ability to adapt to situations quickly
Familiar with data warehousing fundamental concepts and ETL processes; Understanding basic database normalization concepts and entity relationships, and follows established data models
