Process incoming invoices and related documentation from EMS, FastTrax, or NextWorld systems and email submissions.
Respond to Purchase Order (PO) line inquiries and assist with overflow calls.
Communicate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
Index invoices into the workflow system and ensure proper event assignment.
Maintain organized and timely processing of invoices to meet deadlines.
Project a positive and professional image of FleetNet America when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma/GED
Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Strong computer and phone skills, including fast typing, accurate data entry, word processing, and email management
Ability to multitask effectively, including talking and typing simultaneously
Drug Testing: To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
