Increase awareness of FACTS Education Services programs by supporting execution of customer engagement strategies, including webinars, conference marketing, school outreach campaigns, and federal funding awareness initiatives.
Partner with Sales, Regional Vice Presidents, Education Services leaders, Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts that support school outreach and pipeline growth.
Assist in developing and maintaining campaign briefs for Education Services initiatives, ensuring clear objectives, messaging alignment, and defined deliverables.
Support planning and logistics for conferences and events including preparation of marketing materials and coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate with Content Marketing and Creative teams to develop marketing materials such as one-pagers, sales presentations, landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional assets that clearly communicate program value.
Review creative deliverables prior to stakeholder approval to ensure factual alignment with program offerings and brand consistency.
Support updates to website content, sales materials, and digital assets to reflect current Education Services offerings and positioning.
Assist with production of email, social, and digital campaign elements supporting professional development, instructional services, and coaching programs.
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Sales Operations to identify opportunities for customer-focused campaigns tied to seasonal needs such as Title consultation cycles, back-to-school planning, and mid-year intervention support.
Support campaign performance tracking by compiling results, assisting with post-campaign reporting, and participating in debrief discussions with stakeholders.
Assist in preparing event and webinar follow-up materials, surveys, and summary reports to inform future marketing efforts.
Conduct secondary research on K–12 education trends, federal funding updates (Title I–IV), and professional learning best practices to support messaging and positioning efforts.
Maintain awareness of emerging trends in education marketing, school leadership development, and professional learning to help inform campaign opportunities.
Leverage marketing technology platforms appropriately to ensure efficient execution, accurate tracking, and consistent communication across campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field preferred
2+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience required
Experience in K–12 education or working with schools strongly preferred
