Responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing chain, and contributing to overall success and growth across Office Printing Solutions (OPS)
Supervises and leads a team of operations and business management professionals
Partners with internal stakeholders to define business goals and market requirements for LaserJet products and operations
Manages Canon business relationship for LaserJet products including negotiations and product/initiative agreements
Influences internal business owners on strategy and business requirements
Drives multi-year strategies and initiatives at regional/global/business group level
Monitors, diagnoses, and resolves operational issues
Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes
Directs creation of reports and analysis to inform business plans and gauge performance
Requirements
Recommended Graduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field
Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
