Responsibility for assortment planning: regular analysis, evaluation and optimization of our product portfolio
Operational procurement: requirements assessment, supplier selection, negotiation of terms and ensuring optimal product availability
Provide well-founded purchasing recommendations based on market, competitor and trend analyses
Support strategic pricing and the operational implementation of pricing strategies
Maintain and optimize product listings on relevant marketplaces and price comparison portals
Close collaboration with the development team to further develop internal procurement tools
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and implement corresponding measures
Ensure consistent and high-quality product data
Analyze assortments and identify suitable complementary products
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training or a degree in a business-related field
3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in an IT or trading/retail company
Confident user of MS Office applications
Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and organizational talent
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
High affinity for digital processes and automation
