Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons, distribution partners, and the direct Carlsmed commercial team throughout the initial CORE case series (pre, intra, and postoperative phases)
Independently support Carlsmed procedures in operating rooms to ensure a smooth handoff to the distribution partners
Document all field interactions with surgeons, sales teams, and partners in Carlsmed systems
Collaborate with Sales Training to create and deliver field-based training and continued education
Support Sales Training and commercial leader onboarding new sales agents, surgeon customers, and healthcare institutions
Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced training programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in orthopedic/neurosurgical sales and service
Minimum 7 years of Operating Room technical support for spinal fusion surgery
Able to evaluate problems and find appropriate solutions to support surgeries and cases
Experience with CRM to manage all customer interactions
