Partner with the product manager to support end-to-end product delivery, ensuring alignment with agile principles, product strategy, and customer value.
Coordinate cross-functional activities that move the product from ideation to market, helping teams stay focused on delivering committed outcomes.
Collaborate with product manager and owners to assess impacts of changes, develop change readiness plans, and validate sustainment of changes.
Support product sustainability and maturity, fostering trusted relationships across product roles, customers, and stakeholders while helping teams evolve toward high performance and autonomy.
Support intake and prioritization processes, establishing transparent and consistent methods for evaluating and onboarding new work into the product backlog.
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with enterprise change governance and compliance standards, ensuring transparency to any change initiative to which this product is contributing.
Escalate and assist in resolving risks, impediments, and dependencies.
Requirements
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Experience leading large planning efforts across multiple product teams.
Experience with Corporate Security organization at a large firm.
Knowledge of physical security operations, technologies, business processes and implementation.
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with agile tools, such as Jira.
