Role Overview
- Own consolidated enterprise TMO status reporting, including milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level insights
- Prepare clear, concise materials for steering committees and executive reviews
- Ensure consistent application of project management standards
- Partner with initiative leads and Finance to support value realization planning
- Track and report progress against expected benefits
- Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Planview
- Facilitate regular project and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment
- Lead and support cross-functional transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Planview (or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of value realization, benefits tracking, and KPI reporting
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
