Manage small, large, and complex environmental projects, including defining scope, developing schedules, controlling budgets, evaluating risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, provide mentorship to junior and intermediate staff, and foster collaboration and innovation within the group.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations and align with their goals.
Ensure projects adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks, while maintaining high standards of quality assurance and control.
Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and work plans, ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering, or a related field.
7 or more years of relevant experience, with 5 years of project management experience in environmental projects, including contaminated sites, remediation, and monitoring.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.), or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) is preferred.
