Role Overview
Develop deep expertise in the Icertis product, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and solution design.
Support the development of automation capabilities to accelerate and optimize system configuration activities.
Own configuration and deployment tasks for assigned projects, ensuring high‑quality, defect‑free deliverables.
Build strong skills in data mapping, data transformation, report creation, and report modification.
Bring fresh perspectives to help streamline and optimize Professional Services processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose actionable, scalable solutions to improve productivity.
Independently manage internal initiatives, delivering expected outcomes within defined timelines.
Collaborate closely with Professional Services team members to conceptualize and design best‑in‑class solutions.
Actively participate in requirements gathering and functional design sessions; work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Requirements
0–1 year of professional experience (internships or project experience accepted).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to generate innovative, practical solutions to technical and operational challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate coursework is a plus but not required.
