About this role
Role Overview
- Review, code, and post all types of accounting documents
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Preparation of VAT returns (preliminary VAT filings)
- Process travel expense and credit card reports
- Manage payment processes, including processing incoming invoices and maintaining vendor master data
- Accurate and diligent management of the overall accounting function
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training and 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting
- Strong affinity for numbers and excellent accounting skills
- Proficient with Google Suite (Google Workspace) and common accounting software such as DATEV
- Strong organizational skills and a determined, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Fluent in German and English
