Role Overview
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and e-mail in English and German
Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints
Manage and prioritize customer service tickets to ensure prompt resolution
Provide customers with information about products and services

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Participate in training and continuous learning to stay up to date on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements
Fluent in English and German
Professional experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with customer service software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
