Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects
Translate client objectives into clear scopes, timelines and deliverables
Facilitate project rituals (kickoffs, weekly meetings, steering committees, retrospectives)
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Track progress, dependencies, risks and scope changes
Ensure deadlines, budget and commitments are met
Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation
Support client adoption of solutions
Quickly identify issues and propose concrete solutions

3+ years of project management experience (technology, digital, agency or consulting)
Genuine interest and passion for AI and its practical business applications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving projects
Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
Strong client orientation and ability to simplify complex topics
Solid writing and documentation skills
Comfortable with tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp or equivalent
Bilingual French/English (fluent in French and English)
