Legal excellence: maintaining and optimizing legal templates, documentation, and internal filing systems to ensure due diligence standards are met.
Requirements
Fully qualified German lawyer (First and Second State Examinations) or U.S.-qualified attorney.
Significant experience in commercial contract law, particularly in semiconductors, SaaS, or software licensing.
Professional fluency in German and English is essential, as you will negotiate international cross-border agreements.
Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a pragmatic and proactive manner.
