Role Overview
- Analyze legal matters such as litigation and legal measures;
- Prepare reply briefs defending the firm's clients' interests;
- Review procedural acts and court orders;
- Advise on and prepare drafts and legal petitions.
Requirements
- Active OAB/MS registration (Mato Grosso do Sul);
- Knowledge of civil procedure;
- Knowledge of contract law;
- Experience in contentious civil litigation and banking litigation.
