Tax Graduate

Role Overview

• Work closely with client teams to coordinate meetings, interviews, workshops and events, building confidence in professional client engagement.
• Gain hands‑on exposure to a broad range of Consulting services through involvement in reviews, projects and client engagements.
• Support risk management and governance activities, including contributing to documentation, insights and key discussion points from client meetings.
• Assist with engagement planning by helping develop work programmes, timelines and deliverables alongside experienced consultants.
• Help gather client feedback through satisfaction surveys, using insights to support continuous improvement across engagements.
• Build your understanding of client businesses by contributing to proposals, supporting business development activities and attending networking events.

Requirements

• Are working towards a Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Law, or another relevant discipline, with a preference for those whose studies align to Chartered Accountancy or Law Professional Studies pathways (preferred but not essential).
• Bring a collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues across the team.
• Approach complex challenges with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused attitude.
