Implementing design adaptations and translations of existing creative assets across multiple formats and media.
Focusing on resizing, reformatting, and localizing key visuals and layouts for print, digital, and social media platforms.
Collaborating closely with the creative, production, and project management teams to deliver high-quality assets.
Ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on production and adaptation work.
Experience working in an advertising agency or in-house creative team preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of file setup for print, digital and social formats.
Understanding of layout principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Strong organizational and version control skills.
Ability to follow instructions and execute with precision.
Familiarity with online proofing tools and workflow systems a plus.
Complete understanding of color theory and color relationships.
Demonstrated ability to manage challenging situations both internally and with the client.
