Collaborate with Account Executives to lead comprehensive discovery sessions, ensuring Optimal's platform features are directly aligned with the business objectives and strategic initiatives of prospects and customers
Develop and deliver impactful, relevant product demonstrations and training
Support the customer lifecycle by creating necessary collateral, content, and training materials
Enable customer onboarding, training, and enablement to drive usage and adoption in target accounts
Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts by exhibiting strong commercial acumen and collaborating with the regional Sales Team to propose and close deals
Develop and maintain deep expertise in our platform and research methodologies through continuous, practical application and training
Serve as the crucial link between the market and the Product team: coach the regional sales team on product knowledge, and contribute the "voice of the market" feedback to influence the product roadmap for enterprise growth
Requirements
5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting, customer success, or training in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of growing customer accounts and contributing to company sales targets
Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and user interviews
Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for customers
Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex research concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior executives
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
