Role Overview
- Design, build, and enhance planning models within Pigment
- Troubleshoot incidents, resolve system issues, and support production environments
- Deliver enhancements aligned with business and financial planning requirements
- Lead or contribute to end-to-end EPM implementations including: Requirements gathering, Solution design, Model build, UAT support, Go-live, Documentation, Post-go-live support
- Ensure implementation best practices and governance standards are followed
- Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to deliver scalable planning solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest Pigment platform releases and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in EPM implementations (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Adaptive Insights, etc.)
- Strong hands-on experience in Pigment model building and enhancements
- Experience managing incidents and supporting live EPM environments
- Pigment Certified Model Builder
- Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a senior capacity
