Manage the development of robust, Tier-1 backend services using Go to power our brand-new Master Data Platform
Take end-to-end responsibility for your work—from building the initial concept and RFC to implementation, testing, and monitoring
Collaborate with Frontend teams to build high-efficiency APIs that ensure smooth integration across our entire ecosystem
Utilize next-gen development practices; as a proficient AI user, leverage tools like ClaudeCode/Codex to bypass the mundane and focus on complex architectural problems
Write clean, testable code and foster a culture of excellence through technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions

4+ years of professional experience in Go (Golang)
8+ years in general web development
Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable services and APIs for complex web applications
Comfortable with cloud-based infrastructure (ideally Azure) and IaaC
Team management experience is a plus
