About this role
Role Overview
- Provide professional care for chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advise, support and educate patients and their family members
- Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensure prescription and supplies management
- Maintain and expand the existing client base
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or certified nursing professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- A reliable and responsible approach to work
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
