Advise the commercial organization on financial and strategic topics to support sound business decisions
Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in line with corporate requirements
Ensure accuracy and quality of month-end and year-end closings for the European region
Develop financial models for strategic initiatives and support M&A activities, from due diligence to integration
Design and enhance KPI frameworks and dashboards for transparent performance steering
Lead cross-functional projects to optimize efficiency and financial processes across the region

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling (Master’s preferred)
8+ years of experience in Controlling, ideally within the Pharma or Life Sciences industry
Strong knowledge of SAP R/3, BW, BO, S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office (Excel, Analysis for Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with business case development, M&A, and IFRS reporting
Excellent command of English and German; another European language is a plus
Experience in cross-border collaboration and navigating multicultural contexts
Analytical, structured, and hands-on, with strong communication skills
Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
