Procuring planning, construction and professional services for the implementation of our new-build and existing building projects within the framework of public procurement law
Initiating and collaboratively preparing framework agreements
Reviewing and jointly refining specifications, quantity calculations and award criteria
Preparing and coordinating tenders at the department level
Monitoring the market and evaluating suitable contractors
Developing and optimizing procurement strategies
Requirements
A completed degree in business or a technical field, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
Experience in purchasing planning and construction services
Knowledge of HOAI and VOB is an advantage
Experience applying public procurement law
Experience in developing and drafting framework agreements
A respectful communication style and enthusiasm for collaborating across multiple interfaces/stakeholders
