You develop backend functionality (Python, REST APIs, SQL) and provide occasional frontend support (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
You work closely with our Product Owner, other developers, and business units to help shape requirements — not just implement them.
You have the freedom to try out and introduce new technologies.

You have significant scope for influence — technically, functionally, and in processes.
Backend (approx. 70%): development and further enhancement of backend logic and APIs.
Frontend (approx. 30%): support using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.

Strong programming skills (Python preferred but not mandatory)
Confident handling of REST APIs and SQL
Understanding of modern software development rather than just “working through tickets”
Enjoy direct collaboration with Product Owner, PM, and business stakeholders
Openness to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, code analysis, AI-assisted pair programming)
Enjoy pragmatic solutions and refactoring in legacy/grown systems
German language skills at C1 level
