About this role
Role Overview
Conducting product demonstrations for prospects, outlining various use cases and potential solutions
Documenting API integrations and solutions for internal and external stakeholders
Developing new use cases and turnkey solutions to aid sales and drive customer adoption
Communicating insights and aiding the product team in developing native integrations and product improvements
Managing and prioritizing prospect and customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a customer technical support role
Experience working with REST APIs or testing API integrations
A self-motivated, customer-centric work ethic with strong attention to detail
Experience working with customers across different time zones in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Track record of developing innovative solutions to aid sales and drive customer success
