Implement the enterprise architecture into the application architecture in coordination with other architecture owners (Enterprise Architect, Data Architect)
Document the application architecture
Define development standards and ensure adherence to quality standards
Develop prototypes / MVPs
Design and develop solution concepts
Introduce innovative approaches to improve the development process
Train and support development teams
Support the preparation of business requirements
Communicate the application architecture to other areas of the bank (business units, executive board)

Completed IT-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in a development environment as well as in the conception and design of complex software solutions
Strong experience in defining, documenting, and implementing architectural decisions
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills and strong communication skills
High quality and sense of responsibility as well as very good team skills
High willingness to learn and strong interest in new innovations
Business-fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written
