About this role
Role Overview
- Ongoing hotel bookkeeping for assigned properties (Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein)
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Bank and cash postings
- Voucher management
- Reconciliation of clearing/settlement accounts
- Organize payment transactions
- Monthly closing: inventory postings & plausibility checks
- Assist with year-end closing
- Communication & service: point of contact for hotels and suppliers
Requirements
- Commercial education (apprenticeship, HAK [commercial secondary school] or equivalent)
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Accurate and structured working style
- Experience with BMD NTCS
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Basic understanding of hotel/payment systems is an advantage
- Enthusiasm for service and collaborating with hotels
- Clear, respectful communication in German
- English skills are a plus
